Yes, we carry comprehensive public liability insurance covering all our work. This protects both you and us in the unlikely event of any accidental damage. We're happy to provide proof of insurance upon request.

We use the water-fed pole system which allows us to safely clean windows up to 4 storeys from the ground. For higher or difficult access, we can use cherry picker, scaffolding, roof ladders or other specialist equipment as needed.

We cover the South East of England including Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire and surrounding counties. For larger commercial or specialist projects, we also travel throughout the UK. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, just get in touch and we'll let you know.

Not at all. Many of our customers are at work when we visit. As long as we can access the areas that need cleaning, we can carry out the work whether you're home or not. We'll always let you know when we've completed the job.

We accept bank transfer, card payments and cash. For regular customers, we typically invoice monthly or can set up a payment schedule that suits you. Payment is due upon completion of the work.
